3 Christmas Markets To Return To Dubai Soon

Christmas is just two months away (eek) and that means that, pretty soon, the build-up will begin with festivities taking over Dubai.

One of our favourite ways to get in the mood is visiting Christmas markets, and some venues have already confirmed that they will be back with all the crimbo essentials from towering trees and lighting ceremonies to Santa’s Grotto and crafting workshops.

Winter District

A Christmas market with Museum of the Future views is what you’ll get at Winter District as Jumeirah Emirates Towers will transform the JET Plaza Terrace into a winter wonderland. Free to access, visitors will be able to shop, visit Santa and taste lots of festive food.

Madinat Jumeirah Christmas market

One of the city’s most famous Christmas events is Madinat Jumeirah’s festive market, which will be a merry affair starting on Friday December 15. Free to attend and open 3pm until late on Mondays until Thursdays and noon until late Friday through to Sundays, it will be the place to be when you are after a cup of mulled grape, a magical abra ride, plenty of mince pies and Christmas tunes.

Winter City

Santa and his elves are set to transform Expo City into Winter City this Christmas. The event will be back following its success in 2022 and you can expect lots of festive fun from a huge tree to caroling and workshops. The crimbo spectacular will begin on Sunday December 8 and wrap up on Sunday January 7, giving plenty of time for you to explore the winter wonderland.
