Dubai’s RTA Will Close Key Roads Due To Major Events From 5pm Today

The Roads and Transport Authority has announced that some roads will be closed affected by events to happen at the Coca-Cola Arena, today and tomorrow.

The events will be held on January 27 and 28, The authority put out a tweet informing motorists that the roads will be affected from 5pm till 12am (midnight) on both days.

Affected roads on January 27&28, 5:00 PM-12:00 AM midnight, coinciding with the Coca-Cola Arena events:
-Al Safa St.
– Al Badaa St.
– Sheikh Zayed Rd. at the intersection with the Financial Centre St.
Use #DubaiMetro towards Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station for easier reach.

The affected roads are:

• Al Safa Street
• Al Badaa Street
• Sheikh Zayed Road at the intersection with the Financial Centre Street

The authority has urged residents to use the Dubai Metro towards Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station to avoid traffic.
