A Boney M Experience Is Coming To Dubai

Are you a Daddy Cool or into a quick boogie to Rasputin? Well, you’re in luck because a Boney M experience is coming to Dubai.

And if you want to traverse through the Rivers of Babylon to dance the Sunny evening away, head down to Dubai’s Movenpick JBR on Friday October 6.

That’s because Sheyla Bonnick – a founder member of iconic ‘70s band – is bringing the ‘Boney M Experience’ to the UAE.

Tickets are available now for the Dubai show, via platinumlist.net.

There is also an Abu Dhabi set at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Saturday October 7.

On both evenings, DJ Gail will keep the dancing going with non-stop ‘70s and ‘80s disco classics after Sheyla’s full Boney M set.

Boney M recorded eight studio albums, released 25 singles and sold more than 100 million records worldwide.

They achieved 17 top 40 hits and seven top 40 albums in the UK alone. Their biggest international hits include Rasputin, Daddy Cool, Sunny, Ma Baker, Belfast and Hooray! Hooray! It’s a Holi-Holiday.

It looks set to be a nostalgia-filled night of disco anthems – and it comes as Dubai looks set to play host to a huge line-up of gigs, concerts and festivals.

DJ Gail said: “This is going to be the Middle East’s best disco party, ever. The only way you won’t be dancing, is if you’ve broken your leg and even then, you will probably still try.”
