You Can Now Choose Next Season’s Menu At 21grams

Our favourite breakfast spot and café, 21grams, has come up with an interesting initiative that invites the Dubai diners to share your input on next season’s menu.

The homegrown Balkan bistro welcomes everyone to dine in and offer feedback, and participate in an initiative that will culminate in a winning dish being featured on the upcoming season’s menu as the ‘Community Specials’.

Stasha Toncev, the founder of 21grams, explained that this was her way to show gratitude. She wants diners to taste the restaurant’s latest creations, share their feedback, and have a say in shaping the upcoming menu.

Each week, 21grams will unveil a special dish that honours Balkan traditions and showcases the creativity of the talented culinary team.

Guests are then encouraged to try the weekly specials and offer their ratings and feedback through review cards available in the restaurant or by direct communication with the restaurant’s team.

As summer draws to a close, 21grams will review the feedback and ratings received throughout the initiative. The dish that resonates most with the community, will be featured on the new season’s menu.
