Food Order Is Delayed? You Can Now Get Money Back From Careem

Talking about food applications in Dubai, Careem is one of the apps that we use multiple times on daily basis.

And starting today (Monday May 8) users can get cash back if their takeaway delivery is late.

Expect to have the money returned to your Careem Pay wallet if your order arrives later than it says it will.

You can get back Dhs1 per minute that the order is late up to a maximum of Dhs10.

Careem will mark an order as late if the ‘actual delivery time’ passes one minute beyond the ‘estimated delivery time’, and restaurants with ‘basic tracking’ are not part of the promotion.

Unfortunately, the dirhams for delays promo is only running for one month and will end on Thursday June 8.

Carrem Plus users will be used to receiving money back from the app when using taxis.
