The Green Planet Opens New Outdoor Nature Trail-Inspired Play Park

Dubai is always coming up with something new and fun for its residents and tourists.

And this time, The Green Planet, Dubai’s indoor tropical rainforest, has opened an outdoor nature trail-inspired play park for families.

Just in time for the cooler weather and October half-term, the park sounds like it will be an exciting addition to the line-up of activities for children to get stuck into in Dubai. The outdoor extension to The Green Planet features a tree house exploration trail, giant bug models for little ones to interact with and a botanical garden with nine flora zones.

This is not it because there is a kids’ play area alongside new dining experiences that celebrate the flavours of nature. The new experience includes biologists, who guide guests through the fascinating world of bugs, raising awareness of the vital role they play in our ecosystem.

Access to the park is priced at Dhs69 per person or you can get an annual pass for Dhs249. A standard Green Planet Day Pass, which includes access to both the indoor rainforest and the Nature Park, starts at Dhs175 per person.

To celebrate the new attraction, those visiting until Sunday October 15 can attend biologist talks from 3pm and little ones can get stuck into free themed activities and seed-planting sessions from 10am to 6pm.
