Ripe Market To Return At Academy Park In Just A Week

Winter is around the corner and we love to stroll around Ripe Market on a sunny weekend.

And there’s just one week to wait as Ripe Market at Academy Park returns for its next season on October 14.

It has been said that this year’s ripe market will be bigger and better than before as the market is expanding to nearly double its size compared to last year, while a line-up of new vendor stalls and activities will be available.

There will be a much larger green grass area, an adventure zone offering a zipline, a skate park and a climbing net crochet playground for kids, an E- Kart track, The Ripe Stables and Sanderson’s Café, By Serg from Tom & Serg.

The market is known for workshops, live music, fitness classes and educational activities to the petting zoo will still feature.

Ripe Market was originally founded on the notion of selling organic food and veg from a farm shop but has grown so much over the years.

Visitors can buy from local businesses that will be selling everything from local organic fruits and vegetables from their own farms as well as gifts, fashion, homeware, jewellery and other artisanal pieces.
