Bounty Beets Launches Kids Sensory Garden And Craft-Style Pet Park

Keeping your children occupied when heading out for a meal is pretty tricky at times.

But visiting Bounty Beets at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark is now another spot to add to your child-friendly venues list as it’s unveiled an outdoor lawn space for kids to enjoy.

With loads to keep the kiddos entertained, the sensory garden features mud kitchens, tipis and exploration paths for little ones to check out.

There’s also a new pet park with hoops, tunnels and ramps (basically a Crufts training ground) for dogs to explore.

The community café is also collaborating with The Nature Caravan, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark to host forest school classes. Weekly classes will take place at Bounty Beets every Monday and Friday and there are different classes depending on ages.

Toddler Turtles, priced at Dhs800 for four classes, are play-based nature sessions run to encourage insect exploration, planting, storytelling, nature songs, outdoor skills, art and much more.

Baby Beetles, priced at Dhs600 for four sessions, is a baby sensory nature session offering a carefully curated, age-appropriate session that promotes healthy baby development in the great outdoors.

Mummy and baby (aged 6 months to walking) can explore textures, nature sounds, songs, edible painting, insect exploration and more on Fridays from 10am until 11am.

Bounty Beets caters to all with a vast menu of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. Not only is the food delicious, but it’s nutritious too, with items such as smashed avo’, heirloom tomatoes, mixed seeds and Persian feta with toast and the abundance salad with quinoa, charred corn, pesto-marinated chickpeas, tomatoes, avocado, arugula, mixed seeds and cashew nuts with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.

Open daily 8am-10pm. Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Al Sufouh (04 511 7373).
