Alluring South Korean Art Museum To Open In Dubai Mall
Renowned for its immersive art exhibitions on nature theme, a Korean digital art space is opening in Dubai. Arte Museum Dubai will be located on level two of Dubai Mall (the same floor as the temporarily closed Infinity des Lumières).
The concept, which has become synonymous with a large wave installation, was born in South Korea in 2020. Homing digital exhibitions, which are ideal for taking pictures with, the space uses digital media to explore nature.
The museum’s Instagram page announced its opening with a video teaser of the space. The exhibition is titled ‘Eternal Nature’ and is described as being a “reinterpretation of nature’s eternal vitality beyond time and space in media art through digital media technology”.
While few details have been revealed on Arte Museum Dubai, if the South Korean version is anything to go by, there will be several rooms, each with a different theme. In the original, these themes include ‘flower’, ‘beach’, ‘wave’ and ‘wormhole’.
The Arte Museum in South Korea also has an interactive food and drink experience, using dineamation to serve drinks.
