FlyDubai Adds Nine New Destinations From Dubai This June

Dubai’s budget airline flydubai is expanding.

The carrier has announced that it’s adding nine seasonal summer destinations from Wednesday June 21, growing its network.

Greek islands Mykonos, Corfu and Santorini are on the list, as well as; Olbia in Italy, Montenegro’s Tivat, Turkey’s Trabzon and Bodrum, Croatia’s Dubrovnik and Georgia’s Batumi. Flights to Mykonos will begin on Wednesday June 21, while routes to Olbia will start on Thursday June 22.

Tivat, Trabzon, Bodrum and Corfu will be reachable from Dubai from Saturday June 24 and flydubai will start operations in Croatia, Greece and Georgia from Sunday June 25. flydubai passengers have the option to travel to 117 destinations across 52 countries this summer, including Krabi, Milan-Bergamo, Neom, Pattaya, St Petersburg and more.

Hamad Obaidalla, Chief Commercial Officer at flydubai, said: “We are pleased to offer passengers more options to travel this summer with more than 115 destinations to choose from.

“flydubai’s seasonal summer routes, alongside its growing network, will enable more people to travel whether for a holiday, business or visiting friends and family. We have added 33 percent more capacity across our markets and look forward to welcoming passengers on board for the Eid holiday and busy summer period.”

flydubai is always growing and currently flies to 28 European destinations. As the airline offers more travel routes, its fleet of Boeing 737s has expanded to 79 aircraft, an increase of 23 percent, compared to the same period in 2022.
