Dubai Named One Of The Most Picturesque Cities In The World

Dubai is home to the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa, the world’s only seven-star hotel Burj Al Arab, the world’s highest 360° infinity pool plus loads of stunning beaches, beautiful landmarks and more.

So, it’s no surprise that the city has been named one of the most picturesque cities in the world, according to a survey by Travelbag.

The holiday company analysed Instagram and TikTok hashtag data for 100 cities to reveal which locations offer the best summer backdrop for Instagram posts or TikTok videos.

With endless sunny days here in the city we can’t say we’re surprised that Dubai landed in sixth place. Dubai bagged a spot high up on the list thanks to 50,938 Instagram hashtags and 12,200,000 TikTok views.

First place was scooped up by London, with over 160,000 posts tagged #SummerinLondon, Paris and Berlin followed by 150,164 and 62,621 posts respectively.

New York and London are the most-viewed cities on TikTok, with over 70 million views for hashtags relating to summer.
