British Airways To Add Daily Flights To Dubai

British Airways has announced to boost eight daily Airbus A380 flights from Heathrow to DXB for a short period of time.

Between Sunday October 29 and Monday November 13, BA will fly twice daily on its double-decker Airbus A380s from London to Dubai.

It will be the first time the airline has had two daily services on the wide-body, four-engine jets, that were first deployed to the UAE in 2019, to Dubai. The second daily A380 flight will depart from England at 8.40pm (local time) and return from Dubai at 10am (local time), according to Simplyflying.com.

A380s are the world’s largest commercial passenger aircraft and the upper deck extends along the entire length of the main body of the aircraft.

All British Airways A380s are equipped with 469 seats and have four classes; First, Club World, World Traveller Plus and World Traveller.

There are only 14 seats in first, 97 in Club World (business), 55 in World Traveller Plus (premium economy) and 303 in World Traveller (economy).

The aircraft have lower emissions per passenger than the Boeing 747-400, despite having almost 50 percent more floor space and 60 percent more headroom.
