Expected Completion Date For Dubai World Islands Project?

What Is The Expected Completion Date For Dubai World Islands Project?

The World Islands is the kind of project that has got everyone talking about it. And why wouldn’t it? An island getaway location without having to leave Dubai is something to catch anyone’s attention.

Well, there is much more to come than The Island Dubai and Anantara Islands as promised by one of the key developers, with 2026 touted as a provisional completion date.

The group behind The Heart of Europe project claim phase one will be completed by the end of the year, including the handover of almost 50 “seahorse” villas.

The development will include palaces, private beaches, villas and apartments.

Josef Kleindienst, of the Kleindienst Group, is confident of the progress being made after the Cote d’Azur Monaco Hotel opened to the public earlier this year.

Speaking to The National on the final day of the Arabian Travel Market, he said that more than 70 properties are currently under construction and the first phase of those will be available to tourists by the end of the year, with “everything” then completed by 2026.

He said: “We are the perfect location for a staycation as it will be easy to get away from the city and come here.”

Each of the hotels will have a different theme, Kleindienst added.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced the Heart of Europe project in 2003.
