This Taxi App Allows You Order A Limousine By The Hour

Limousines used to be reserved for prom but, here in Dubai, you can now order one of the luxury vehicles to zip you around the city via the Dubai Taxi Corporation app.

Available for hourly rental, those wishing to cruise in style can book a limo driven by a chauffeur for Dhs400 for two hours and can take as many trips as required in the time slot.

In case you need it longer, the cost for four hours is Dhs650, Dhs800 for six hours, Dhs900 for eight hours and 10 hours for Dhs1,100.

You can use the service to make many non-stop trips without designating a specific destination and guide the driver to particular locations.

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it’s sure to be one for those who like to live it up in the city.

Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC), a subsidiary of Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), has also added other features to its app.

This includes a ‘lost and found’ service where those who have mislaid personal items during their trip can communicate with the driver or use the lost item request feature.

The new ‘meet me here’ service is also handy as it allows users to share their location with pals so they can meet with ease.

There’s also the ‘share my trip status’ allowing users to share details about their journey, such as your route and ETA, with family and friends.
