RTA Introduces New App Feature To Report Damages In Services

Dubai is the city where your needs are actually being catered.

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has now announced the ‘Madinati’ feature on the RTA Dubai app, allowing residents to report any damages they come across in Dubai.

You can now highlight all the transport-related problems with just a click on the RTA Dubai Application.

Whether a traffic signal is not working or bus stop bench is broken, Madinati is here for you!

The RTA tweeted to inform Dubai residents about this new feature, saying:

To maintain higher levels of safety in the Emirate, report any damage or malfunction you notice on RTA's mobility services or roads. Open #RTA Dubai app, click on "Madinati" feature, select your location, and then report it.
