Dubai is famous for having incredible hotels, and now, checking into some of the emirate’s luxurious hotels, including Burj Al Arab, is set to be quicker and easier than ever before.

Jumeirah Group, who run several upmarket hotels in the city including; Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, Jumeirah Al Naseem, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Zabeel House The Greens and Jumeirah Al Qasr, are soon to be allowing guests to check in via their mobile phones before even getting to the hotel.

The new technology is the first of its kind for the hospitality industry and will cut down the check-in process by ten minutes.

The service is planned to roll out across several of the group’s 13 hotels and resorts in the UAE throughout this year and will be for those who have booked their stay on the Jumeirah website or the brand’s mobile app.

How will it cut check-in time? Those checking in will be able to upload all necessary documentation and identification 48 hours prior to their stay.

This means no more having to wait around at a concierge desk when rocking up to the hotel.
