One More Luxurious Hotel To Be Opened In JBR In 2023

JBR, one of the coolest streets in the world, has a lot of fun things to do.

And now, a luxurious hotel is one its way.

The FIVE Hotels and Resorts has announced plans for a third hotel in Dubai and if it’s anything like the other two, expect it to be lavish.

The high-rise hotel promises to offer the same “experiential luxury” just like its other two hotels.

The third hotel of FIVE will be launching in 2023, having 222 rooms and suites, seven F&B venues including a Peruvian restaurant, a beach bar and grill, a pool bar, a café, a spa café, a lounge and more.

Not only that, the property will have a ReFIVE Spa, indoor and outdoor pools, an outdoor gym, a beach club, a paddle tennis court and a kids’ club.

And if that’s not enough, there will be 277 residences.

Some will be in the hotel, while the other batch will be positioned alongside the hotel at SENSORIA, which is part of the FIVE LUXE community.

This will feature 3.5 metre ceilings and windows that open out to the sea – and outdoor entertainment spaces.

Speaking to Hotelier Middle East, FIVE Hospitality’s CEO Aloki Batra explained that SENSORIA will “embody cutting-edge sustainability through smart systems and resource-conserving technology.”

FIVE LUXE will be the company’s third Dubai spot, with the high-rise hotel promising to offer the same “experiential luxury” found at their sites in Palm Jumeirah and JVC.

There is not doubt that this hotel’s launch will add glowing reputation to the Dubai Crown.
