One Last Long Weekend For UAE Residents Before 2023 Ends

When it comes to public holidays in the UAE, it’s always a good thing when residents get extra time off work.

And, next month, workers across the UAE who work from Monday to Friday will get a three-day weekend because it will be the UAE National Day long weekend.

Commemoration Day is observed on Thursday November 30 but the public holiday for the private sector is on Friday December 1. A holiday for National Day will fall on Saturday December 2, followed by an additional day on Sunday December 3.

This means people in the UAE will have a short working week.

UAE National Day weekend is the final public holiday of the year but there will be 15 next year.
