Global Village To Reopen This Week

Dubai’s best budget-friendly attraction, Global Village, will reopen this week.

Soon, Global Village will be back up and running for Season 28 after the open-air spot closed for summer.

If you have been eagerly awaiting the reopening date, you can now mark your calendars for October 18. The set date is a week earlier than expected. In previous years, Global Village welcomed visitors back in the last week of October.

We’re excited to hear what’s planned for the opening day and we’re also hoping for some news on new attractions. Global Village opens at 4pm and closes at midnight while Tuesdays are reserved exclusively for ladies and families, except on official public holidays.

When you purchase a ticket to Global Village you get access to the park, 27 country pavilions, an authentic Emirati heritage area and the Road of Asia.

That’s not all, as there are live shows and entry to the kids’ theatre included too and on Fridays and Saturdays huge fireworks shows.

Other attractions include Carnaval Zone, with 170 rides, games and attractions, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Imagine eccentric displays from visual illusions and pop culture memorabilia to unusual artefacts and Snowfest Ice Rink.

In addition, you can also enter Ripley’s Marvelous Mirror Maze and experience Ripley’s Moving Theater 4D experience and The House of Fear attraction.

It’s also been shared that the price of tickets will change to access Global Village.

Value tickets, valid only Sunday to Thursday (aside from on public holidays), will now be priced at Dhs22.5 if purchased online and Dhs25 at the gate.

Any Day tickets are now Dhs27 online and Dhs30 at the gate.
