Global Village Is Named As UAE’s Most Remarkable Venue

Dubai’s popular budget attraction Global Village has been named the UAE’s most remarkable venue.

The attraction won the title of the Most Remarkable Venue Awards hosted by Tiqets. The awards focus on celebrating museums, attractions and experiences across eight countries; the UAE, UK, US, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.

Global Village beat Qasr Al Watan Palace, Louvre Abu Dhabi and View at The Palm within the UAE category and, in October, the UAE’s most remarkable venue will go up against those from the other competing countries.

Global Village will be up against:

• France: Carrières des Lumières.
• Italy: Parco Giardino Sigurtà.
• Netherlands: Fabrique des Lumières.
• Portugal: Spiritus Light Show at Igreja dos Clérigos.
• Spain: Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza.
• UK: Palace of Holyroodhouse.
• USA: Space Center Houston.

All regional winners will now compete for the title of global winner in their respective category.

All global winners will be decided through a worldwide public voting process between now and Tuesday October 3.

By casting their votes for the 2023 Global Remarkable Venue Award winners, voters will automatically enter a drawing for the opportunity to win a year’s worth of free tickets to a diverse range of experiences available on tiqets.com.
