Dubai To India Flights: Emirates Premium Economy To Be Launched This Weekend

From October 29, those flying to and from Mumbai and Bengaluru with Emirates will be able to fly in Premium Economy.

Travellers flying on the Dubai-Mumbai route can book Emirates’ Premium Economy seats on EK500/501, while customers flying between Dubai and Bengaluru can book their flights on EK568/569.

Emirates’ newest class, Premium Economy, launched in August 2022 and is the next step up from Economy.

The posh cabin class already features on flights to ten destinations globally; New York JFK, San Francisco, Houston, Los Angeles, in addition to London Heathrow, Sydney, Auckland, Christchurch, Melbourne and Singapore.

Premium Economy cabins boast a 13.3-inch HD TV that has thousands of things to watch and listen to. You can even connect your wireless headphones via Bluetooth and there is high-speed Wi-Fi.

Forget plastic plates and cutlery. Food in Premium Economy is served on Royal Doulton china tableware with stainless steel cutlery wrapped in linen. Drinks come in glasses, too.

There’s more space to dine than Economy with each passenger having a personal woodgrain dining table and a side table for drinks.

Kicking back and relaxing is also roomier, with everyone having their own cushioned leg rests and seats.
