Dubai Creek Marina Wins International Award

Dubai Creek Marina is the latest in a long list of the city’s locations to earn international recognition.

Located on the banks of Dubai Creek and offering sensational views of the iconic city skyline, the Dubai Creek Marina Yacht Club has been operating for over 30 years.

And now, it has won the prestigious 5 Gold Anchor Award.

Issued by the Yacht Harbour Association, which has been auditing marinas for more than 25 years, the Dubai Creek spot follows Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina in picking up international recognition.

The Gold Anchor Awards sort accreditation all over the world, in the hope of improving quality and elevating the experience of marina-users.

Dubai Creek Marina’s win reflects the growing reputation of the city spot all over the world.

A range of workshop services are available, while yachts weighing up to 90 tonnes and measuring 30 metres can be lifted.

There’s also a chandlery shop – selling cleaning supplies, fishing tackle, electrical systems and other accessories – that is the GCC region’s exclusive distributor and representative for a number of major marine brands and stocks.

As for what else is nearby, there’s the Dubai Creek Golf Club – an award-winning course that’s one of the most scenic 18-hole Championship and Par 3 golf courses in the city.
