Careem Is Giving Away Free Bike Rides In Dubai This Weekend

Participating in Dubai Ride this weekend? make the most of a free Careem Bike for the event.

To celebrate the annual cycling session, Careem Bike and Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) are allowing anyone taking part in Dubai Ride on Sunday November 12 to use one of the bikes without having to pay.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge event will take place from 6.30am to 7.30am, and if you want to use one of the free bikes it’s pretty simple.

What do I need to do to get myself a bike?

  • Download the Careem app.
  • Click on the Bike icon.
  • Subscribe to Dubai Ride Pass.

You can do this between 2am and 7.30am on Sunday November 12.

Where can I get a free bike?

Collect your awesome cycle for free from one of 192 Careem’s bike docking stations. There are also two pop-up stations near the starting points at:

  • Entrance A – Museum of the Future (MOTF) – Trade Centre Street.
  • Entrance E – Lower FCS – Financial Centre Road, next to Roda Al Murooj Building A.

We suggest showing up early because the bikes will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Why is the Careem app asking for my credit card details?

This is a security measure, you won’t be charged a fil. The overtime fees (for rides over 45 minutes) will be waived during the event.

Is there anything else I need to do to ride?
Remember to carry a helmet and to register on the Dubai Ride website.
