An Incredible Spartan Training Programme Is Coming To Dubai And It’s Free

Heard of the Spartan World Championship? Well, it is coming to the UAE in just two months’ time, so make sure you’ve marked December 8 to December 10 in your diary.

If you’re into your fitness, it’s a unique opportunity because you can challenge yourself on the same circuit as some of the world’s best athletes in a pristine location – Abu Dhabi’s Al Wathba area.

Wondering what to expect? Organisers are rolling out eight free training sessions across both Dubai and Abu Dhabi ahead of the event to make sure you’re in tip-top shape.

Kicking off this month, the sessions are being put on by Spartan CEO and founder, Joe De Sena, in partnership with Abu Dhabi Sports Council.

The first session will take place at Vogue Fitness, Yas Marina, on Saturday October 21 – where aspiring Spartans can expect to be put through their paces by De Sena.

Marina Mall will host a training session the same morning from 9am to 10am, open for the general public to attend.

Following this, the roadshow will continue at various Vogue Fitness locations, including JLT Dubai, the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi, Al Raha, and Yas Marina from Friday October 27 to Saturday November 25.
