Al Ghurair Centre To Have A Huge Food Hall

Those living in Deira are soon to have more shopping and dining out options as Al Ghurair Centre is growing. Dubai’s first shopping mall, which opened in 1981, is set to open 25 new outlets as the retail spot is revamped.

Fashionistas in the area are sure to be excited as big names such as Nike, Converse and Sun and Sand Sports will launch later this month.

Fila, Homebox and others will open before the end of the year while more major brands will open in 2024. Foodies will also have new options as a huge food hall, spanning over 3,300 sq ft and able to fit 500 diners, is also in the works.

We are told it will be named Flayva and be a street food hall with 23 stalls that are expected to be a mix of homegrown and international concepts. We can’t wait to explore.

In June, a huge indoor entertainment centre opened in Al Ghurair Centre.

Glitch boasts 30 different indoor games to play, including a ninja warrior-style course, an indoor roller glider, bowling, climbing activities and VR games.

There’s also an eight-lane bowling alley, a retro video game arcade and a number of VR games.
