Wild Wadi Is Back After A Six-Month Closure

Exciting for Dubai residents and tourists!

As summer season is at its peak in Dubai, one of the emirate’s most popular waterparks, Wild Wadi has reopened after a six-month closing break.

Jumeirah Sceirah addicts can cool down on the park’s slides throughout the summer months. The waterpark is open from 10am until 6pm every day and tickets start from Dhs210.

Wild Wadi closed for its annual maintenance programme at the beginning of the year and was set to reopen on February 4. However, the park was closed for six months before reopening last week.

All your favourite rides including the Lazy River, Tantrum Alley and Burj Surj are back in operation. According to park staff, the maintenance programme was delayed due to bad weather conditions in January and February.

You can visit many fantastic waterparks across the United Arab Emirates.

Atlantis The Palm’s Aquaventure Waterpark is the largest in the world and home to the tallest waterslide on the planet.

For a more casual day out, take the kids to Jungle Bay at Le Meridien Mina Seyhai Beach Resort & Marina. There are a number of flumes and a splash park designed for little ones.

And if you’re planning on visiting Dubai Parks & Resorts, there’s LEGOLAND Water Park with 20 slides and a climbing frame with slides into the water.

From Dhs210. Mon-Sun, 10am-6.30pm. Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Umm Suqeim 3 wildwadi.com (04 348 4444).
