Global Village Reveals New Mini World Attraction Along With Fire And Laser Show

Global Village is now back after reopening on October 18. And for Season 28, there are lots of new things to see and do at the budget attraction.

Wondering what to expect this year? We have all the details on what to expect on your next visit.

The Dragon Lake has a new fire and laser show performed atop the world’s largest underwater LED screen. Running every hour, you won’t want to miss it.

Another exciting update is the addition of 10 new exhibits at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium.

Not only that, Global Village has introduced Mini World, behind Restaurant Alley.

It’s a brand-new destination that celebrates cultures from around the world through 25 miniature landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal and the Statue of Liberty.

Visitors can also explore new street food offerings, new game and adventure zones and mini golf in Mini World.

It’s not just the fun side of things being improved but practicalities too as the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has introduced an additional bus route, route 107, from Al Nahda Bus Station, complementing the existing four routes.

Note before you visit for Season 28 that the price of tickets has changed.

Value tickets, valid only Sunday to Thursday (aside from public holidays), are now priced at Dhs22.5 if purchased online and Dhs25 at the gate.
