Roxy Cinemas Having A Huge Barbie Party On Thursday

We all have been waiting for this day and it’s finally here! Barbie is being released across UAE cinemas on Thursday August 10).

And if you are heading to the biggest cinema screen in the Middle East and North Africa to catch the movie, you can expect to have a viewing experience to remember.

People having tickets of the 6.15pm showing of Barbie at Roxy Xtreme at Dubai Hills Mall on Thursday August 10 will get access to an exclusive party.

Don’t worry if you haven’t booked yet as you can still snap up tickets to the showing and gain party access.

Named the Barbie blowout party, Barbies are encouraged to dress in pink, while Kens should don blue garments to get into the spirit of the film.

Attendees will be able to take part in fun activities to win Barbie merch and cinema snacks. Along with dancing to the movie soundtrack and getting some new snaps for the ‘gram by posing up a storm in the Barbie-themed photo booths. Count us in.

For a limited time, Roxy Cinemas is going to serve a range of Barbie-inspired food to celebrate the movie landing in the UAE.

We’re told cherry pink popcorn, strawberry glazed doughnuts, dragon fruit smoothies and Barbie Land cotton candy will be on the menu.

Roxy Xtreme’s screen is the size of two tennis courts and there are three ticket options —standard, platinum or director box.

Platinum tickets are Dhs85 and ticketholders will get a deluxe reclining chair complete with a supportive headrest to slump into, a USB port for phone charging and a personal tray table for stowing snacks on.

Come on Barbie, let’s go party.
