Raja Kumari, MIA, and Other Acts Will Be Performing To Wireless Festival UAE Line-Up

London’s Wireless Festival is making its Middle East debut in the United Arab Emirates in March.

It has been announced that Travis Scott is headlining the day festival. Joining Scott on the bumper list is British rapper M.I.A. (yes, that’s the one who sings Paper Planes).

Combining hip hop with electronic beats, the Grammy-nominated M.I.A is renowned for her unique sound. And with a feature on Travis Scott’s hit song Franchise, it’s possible the two could even join forces during the event.

And in big news for music lovers of UAE, a slew of other new acts has been added to the Wireless Festival line-up too. On March 11, you will be able to enjoy American rapper Raja Kumari, Saudi Arabian rapper $kinny, Dizzytooskinny, Dafencii, Casa Vince, DJ Nico, and DJ Liutik.

Not only that, Lil Uzi Vert, Wegz, Black Sherif, Ali Gatie, King, Divine and Young Stunners will also be performing on stages around Etihad Park.

Bringing another element of British rap culture to the event will be K-Trap, well-known globally for his prominence in the UK drill scene.

Tickets to the event are now on sale at ticketmaster.ae and start from Dhs295.

Wireless Festival originally helms from London, where it has been taking place in Hyde Park since 2005. Known for its huge music line-ups, former headline acts included A$AP Rocky, Daft Punk, J.Cole, Massive Attack, Nicki Minaj and The Strokes.

The day event in Abu Dhabi marks the festival’s first venture into the Middle East, though it has taken place in Leeds, Birmingham and Frankfurt.
