Hurry To Get To Global Village As Closing Date Is Confirmed

Every city has some things that are too good to be missed regardless you are a resident or tourist.

And for Dubai, one of those spots is Global Village, the best budget family-friendly attraction. With loads to explore, see, do (and eat), the entertainment destination has it all for those looking for a day trip that doesn’t break the bank.

However, the crowd-pleasing attraction park is outside which means it’s not open for 365 days a year.

Meaning that as we get closer to the warmer months of the year, there is only limited time to get those trips to Global Village in.

Wondering when your last chance to get to Global Village will be this side of summertime? It has been confirmed that the park close on Saturday April 29.

That means that there are only three weeks left to get down there. Global Village recently changed its opening hours for Ramadan.

Instead of being open from 4pm until midnight, the family-friendly spot opens 2 hours later, at 6pm, and remains open until 2am.

If you visit during Ramadan, you can see the area has been given a makeover with special lights and there is Majlis of the World where visitors can enjoy iftar or suhoor.

That’s not all, as there are also Ramadan-themed performers including an oud, qanun, harp, cello players, a traditional Tannoura dancer and a close-up magician entertaining visitor.

Dhs20. Open daily 4pm-midnight, 6pm-2am (throughout Ramadan), globalvillage.ae (04 362 4114).
