Huge House Music Festival Defected Is Coming To Dubai

Attention music lovers!

Defected Records is hosting a three-day house music festival later this year. Defected Dubai is taking place at three different locations around the city on the weekend of Friday October 13 to Sunday October 15.

Currently the line-up includes Dunmore Brothers, Groove Armada, Hannah Wants, Roger Sanchez and many more. DJs such as Alex Mills, Catz n Dogz and Syreeta will also feature.

Tickets for the full weekend cost Dhs750 but if you’d prefer to go for just one day, early bird prices start from Dhs200 for one day. The three-day festival will start on Friday October 13 at a currently-undisclosed-warehouse location.

On October 14, Defected Dubai will take place on the sands at Soul Beach.

Finally, the last Defected Records event will be a pool party on Sunday October 15. The location of this is yet to be announced.

Defected Dubai will bring the record label’s ethos to the city. It will be “providing a space for people to get lost in the music as one,” says Nathan Jordan, head of inclusion at Defected.

Defected Records is an independent record label set up in 1999. Since then, it has been responsible for some of the biggest house bangers, including Masters at Work’s To Be in Love, Bob Sinclar’s Love Generation and, more recently, CamelPhat and Elderbrook’s Cola.
