Swanky Indian Restaurant Opens BY The Water At Jumeirah Al Qasr

We all know the fact that Dubai diners love Indian food.

So it’s good news that a new Indian restaurant has opened at Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel.

Internationally-celebrated chef Ritu Dalmia is behind Atrangi, promising a unique twist on the traditional cuisine, channelling the many culinary traditions found across India.

The menu draws inspiration from various regions and communities of India, showcasing dishes commonly enjoyed in homes, streets, and those resurrected from age-old practices.

From the southern tip of Kerala to the northernmost region of Kashmir, diners can enjoy a wide range of signature dishes, including Kashmiri kabargah, lamb chops cooked in milk and spices before being fried in rice flour and ghee and wagyu beef jadoh, a rice dish from the Khasi tribe of Meghalaya, and a lot more.

Open for dinner on a daily basis from 6pm until midnight, the venue can be reached by abra or you can ride one of the hotel’s buggies.

The restaurant, which is by the water, spans over 5,275 square feet.

It seats up to 96 guests, offering both indoor and outdoor dining experiences as well as an expansive outdoor terrace overlooking the Jumeirah Al Qasr lagoons.
