SUSHISAMBA Dubai Is Collaborating With Famous New York Hotspot Mission Ceviche

Collaboration dinners are a thing in Dubai these days. To mark its two-year anniversary, SUSHISAMBA Dubai is hosting a special three-day culinary collaboration with Mission Ceviche – all the way from New York.

For the first time in Dubai, chef José Luis Chavez will work together with SUSHISAMBA’s chef Kyung Soo Moon to create a special six-course menu featuring some of the best ceviche in the Big Apple.

If you’re dining at SUSHISAMBA throughout those three days, you can take advantage of a special six-dish menu created by Chavez featuring top dishes from Mission Ceviche in addition to the usual SUSHISAMBA menu.

On November 9, you can take part in the four-hands dinner experience in SUSHISAMBA’s private dining room, which only seats 12 people. Here, you can enjoy a 12-course menu hosted by both chefs. The menu features ceviches, Wagyu anticucho and miso Chilean sea bass.

The three-day event ends on Friday November 10 with a ceviche-making masterclass led by both Chavez and Moon, followed by a sit-down lunch for just 10 guests. Take part in this special class where you will get a specially-designed apron and, more importantly, learn how to make ceviche.

Finish the class with a three-course menu that features grilled king crab, samba moriwase, and Japanese desserts.

This collaboration takes place just under a week before SUSHISAMBA’s second-year anniversary on Thursday November 16, adding an extra layer of celebration to the occasion.
