Soul Kitchen Opening: Try Out Levantine & Latin American Cuisine In Dubai

Foodies, say hello to ‘Soul Kitchen.’ The new restaurant has opened their doors in the bustling heart of Business Bay. The sensational restaurant promises a unique blend of flavours and unforgettable experiences that will captivate your senses.

Soul Kitchen pays homage to the rich history of Arab migration to Latin America in the 19th century. These brave souls brought with them not just their culture but also their cherished recipes. From Buenos Aires to Mexico City, Levantine cuisine found its way across the continent, adapting and evolving with each region it touched. The story of migration fuelled culinary creativity.

They have a delicious menu, reflecting their historical journey. Every dish embodies the unique blend of ingredients, flavours, and cultural exchange that defined this cross-continental migration. Some star attractions include the Sheri Fish Crudo, delicately infused with tabbouleh water and jicama crudité, the Grilled Calamari marinated with achiote, and the Tamarind Glazed Lamb Chops. There’s also a treat for vegans with options like the Lychee Ceviche and Mushroom Kebab. Executive Chef Margarita Vaamonde passionately shares, “These two cultures have an untold story that intertwines history, pride, and a deep passion for food.”

“Soul Kitchen” is the brainchild of Factory People, a renowned experiential group making waves in the MENA region. Known for crafting unforgettable experiences, they’ve left their mark on the nightlife scene with iconic mega clubs like ‘The Grand Factory’ and ‘AHM’ in Beirut, alongside remarkable restaurants, bars, and beach clubs.
