McDonald’s To Introduce A Limited-Edition Menu Featuring Meals That Appeared In Movies/TV

McDonald’s iconic status goes beyond the instantly recognisable golden arches. Indeed, the popular quick service offering has made appearances in many popular films, TV shows, songs, and even anime series.

To celebrate its on-screen appearances, McDonald’s UAE has created a special menu of its dishes that have been featured across the entertainment industry.

Kicking off on Monday August 14, this exclusive menu offering will be available in more than 100 countries across the globe.

You can choose from a wide variety, including Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Fillet-O-Fish Double-Up Sandwich, or 9-piece Chicken McNuggets, along with large World Famous Fries, the newly-branded Sweet ‘N Sour Sauce – inspired by Marvel Studios’ “Loki” Season 2, streaming October 6 on Disney+ – a large soft drink and a McFlurry Oreo.

McDonald’s has also partnered with London-based skate and streetwear brand PALACE to bring you cool merchandise as part of the campaign. To snag custom merch, all you have to do is scan the QR code on the packaging of your meal to access the exclusive PALACE McDonald’s merchandise, which is available to purchase online.

McDonald’s and Marvel Studios’ Loki fans can get involved with the campaign by using a themed AR experience on Snapchat. Along with getting a sneak peek of the upcoming Season Two by scanning the newly branded sweet n’ sour sauce lid on Snapchat.

You will see a pop-up with never-before-seen animated videos inspired by the series, with new content available weekly throughout the promotion.
