Look: Nobu Dubai Opening in Atlantis The Palm This January

The Japanese-Peruvian restaurant will have a brand new home in a brand new year, 2023.

The popular restaurant will be on location of The Royal Bridge Suite on the hotel’s 22nd floor.

As the restaurant celebrates its 15th year in Dubai, it will have a brand new location, updated menu, an exotic lounge and bar, and an expansive terrace offering mesmerizing views over Palm Island and the Arabian Gulf.

Nobu’s will offer five dining areas, including the main dining room, an exclusive 13-seat sushi bar or within a VIP booth with front-row seats to the bustling kitchen.

Not only that, you can also book private dining rooms featuring floor-to-ceiling vistas over the Arabian Gulf, with space to sit two to 12 guests per room.

And if you are in a mood to party, an exclusive late-night Nobu lounge will take care of your mood. The lounger will be open from 10:30pm every Friday and Saturday.

One of the world’s most celebrated chefs, Björn Frantzén, is opening two new restaurants, Studio Frantzén and the Frantzén at Atlantis, The Palm, which will take the space of Nobu Dubai at The Avenues.

The world-renowned chef will create a unique menu featuring dishes like porterhouse steak, blistered lobster with curry hollandaise, dried cloudberries, pomegranate mirin, ginger and coriander butter.

Meanwhile, the smaller Frantzén’s menu is all about a Nordic, Asian fusion.
