The Barasti summer tent is now open to the public. Cool off from the summer heatwave in the air-conditioned tent with live sports, food and drink. Flair 5 at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC is known for its lively terrace bar but don’t worry about missing out on visiting during the warmer months as the destination has transformed for summer into an “air-conditioned oasis”. The venue that attracts a cool crowd has relocated indoors so that revellers can party away. Winning. Expect mixed drinks and a selection of appetisers inspired by floral blooms too as part of the restaurant’s summer pop-up brunch. For those who cannot wait for the weekend to head to Flair 5, the spot is running amazing deals on mixed drinks starting from just Dhs40 Sunday to Friday from 5pm to 8pm.

Iris

This Lebanese hotspot offers some of the best views in the city from its vantage point, with the Dubai skyline and towering Burj Khalifa twinkling in the distance. There’s a lively vibe, an upbeat crowd, and there’s live music, too. It covers a massive outdoor area and is an excellent spot for a drink. During summer, the retractable roof provides much respite from the heat.
